Manage continuous improvement of day-to-day operational functions for T-Mobile (client), resulting in an increase of revenue from $400k /month in 2021 to $2M/month in 2022.\\\\n• Lead and mentor 2 project coordinators in Energy and Communications industry focus areas on required operational processes and guidelines.\\\\n• Maintain accurate documentation of 1,200+ Master Statement of Work (MSOW) documents in SharePoint, including but not limited to client LOE approvals, purchase orders, legal contracts, and status report approvals.\\\\n• Manage time and expense reporting for over 200 T-Mobile consultants.\\\\n• Perform day-to-day issue management and resolution for Chevron and T-Mobile client accounts.\\\\n• Establish successful relationships with key client leaders to quickly understand and meet business objectives.\\\\n• Generate, file, and distribute Engagement Development reports to the engagement team, including Engagement Manager, Director, Finance Manager, and VP.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
