I work closely with internal and external key stakeholders for pull-through for access & reimbursement by minimizing barriers to medication. Educate HCPs on national, regional and local coverage policies and processes for all public and private payer policies. Proactively communicate and explain specific reimbursement programs so that HCP office staff is fluent in how to use resources that are available to their patients. It\'s also important to keep up to date with healthcare industry trends and patterns in order to articulate possibilities and likelihoods. Developing trust and communication with accounts provides a win/win to the patient and organization. I found a passion within Field Reimbursement and it\'s a great role that I love to do.
