ABOUT NATASHA GLEAVE
I have worked in the health and social care sector from the age of sixteen. I have enjoyed working in care homes, within a community setting and with service users that have more complex and challenging needs. As Service Development Manager I support our team in recruitment, management, training and development of staff teams and ensuring that the right person is matched with the right service user in order to meet their needs. I am a hard working and reliable professional that believes in putting service users’ needs and wishes at the heart of support planning.
