I am a startup operator and engineering leader with 13+ years of experience driving early-stage climate tech initiatives at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations. I have a proven track record of implementing quality systems, scaling processes, and leading cross-functional teams to improve performance and resolve complex technical and operational challenges. I have led 10x production scale-ups, developed and implemented SOPs and data-driven workflows, and managed short and long-term strategy for battery R&D and production. As a founder, engineer, and operator, I thrive in operating in fast-paced environments where I can solve both technical and operational problems, roll my sleeves up to work hands-on, and bring clarity and structure to chaos and ambiguity. My experience living in four countries has shaped my approach to collaboration and leadership by giving me a global perspective and a deep understanding of what it takes to work across cultures and generations. While my career has been rooted in climate tech and battery manufacturing, the core skills I bring in operational rigor, cross-functional project management, and team leadership across stakeholders are highly transferable across industries.
