ABOUT NATASHA CHADWICK
I believe in people’s potential and believe everyone should have the opportunity to reach that potential. I started my career in careers education in schools, and then moved to leading employability programmes to help long-term unemployed people back to work. After this, I focused on developing people delivering similar programmes, in sectors like criminal justice and local government. I now have over 15 years experience of making a difference to the lives of others through my work. In 2019, after feeling burned out, I took a career break. I moved to Uganda and lead an amazing team of volunteers to deliver education programmes in rural villages. On my return I set up my business, Impact People & Change. I have grown my business from being a freelancer of one, to a team of three, working with people and organisations in the East Midlands and beyond. I draw on my training in psychology, my experience working with young people, and my lived experience as a manager, to develop others through training and development programmes. Alongside consultancy work, I focus on two key areas: 1) Developing new and aspiring managers 2) Delivering programmes for young people to develop skills for work and make impact in the community My areas of specialism are- Workshop facilitation - Coaching - Developing others - Education and employability - Youth services - Criminal justice - Healthcare -Local government I’d love to connect with anyone who’d like to hear more: 07•••••••97 n••••••@impactpeopleandchange.co.uk
