With 20 years of recruitment and people development experience, I’m currently Assistant Director and Head of People at Spinbox, a dynamic website development agency. As the HR function, I’m responsible for shaping our people strategy, ensuring Spinbox is a compliant, fair, and inclusive employer, and building the team to support our ambitious growth plans.Currently, I am also completing my Level 7 CIPD in People & Culture Professional (Organisation Development), further enhancing my expertise in strategic HR, culture transformation, and organisational development.My focus is on redefining our processes, enhancing employee experience, and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive, whether we’re collaborating in the office or working remotely. I work closely with our leadership team to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring alignment with the companies strategic commercial goals and that we’re set up for long-term success as we work toward our goal of scaling Spinbox. Previously, I founded and led Expocast and Confexpro, two specialist recruitment agencies for the events sector. I’ve partnered with event organisers, venues, and suppliers, helping them build exceptional teams from entry-level to C-suite.
