About Natasha Berman

Hi, I’m Natasha Berman, a recent graduate of the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Speech Studies and minors in Criminology & Criminal Justice and Leadership Studies. I am now pursuing my Master of Arts in Professional Communication at UT, where I continue to refine my skills in organizational communication, presentation, and research. Throughout my undergraduate experience, I gained hands-on experience across nearly every area of communication. As Vice President of Public Relations for UTampa\'s College Panhellenic Association, I led a complete rebrand of our social media presence, strengthened community engagement, and helped shape the organization’s communication strategy. As an Advanced Speech Tutor at the Center for Public Speaking, I coached hundreds of students each semester in public speaking, organization, and delivery. I also served as a Teaching Assistant for two Speech for Business courses and worked as an Undergraduate Researcher studying interpersonal communication, contributing to a 27-page manuscript recently accepted for presentation at the Western States Communication Association Conference.Beyond campus, I completed professional writing internships in editorial, marketing, and content development, where I gained experience using multiple content management systems, editing more than 150 published pieces, and writing and publishing over 15 original articles of my own. I also built my own professional website to showcase my writing, creativity, and communication projects.I’m now exploring opportunities that allow me to apply my broad communication background in people-centered environments. I’m especially interested in roles within organizational communication, HR, and professional training and development, where I can combine my writing, interpersonal, and leadership experience to help others grow and communicate effectively.Any advice, connections, or opportunities are always appreciated!
