ABOUT NATASCHA MORGAN
I build People functions that actually work — not just process for process\'s sake, but the infrastructure, culture, and leadership capability that lets tech companies scale without breaking. Over 5+ years in Tech and SaaS, I\'ve gone from zero to Series B alongside founders and C-Suites, handling everything from first hires to workforce restructuring, M&A integration to HRIS transformation, across teams spanning across Europe and beyond, including fully remote and hybrid workforces. I\'m native in English and German, which means I\'m not approximating European people challenges — I\'m living them across jurisdictions, cultures, and employment law systems that don\'t always agree with each other. What I bring that doesn\'t show up neatly on a CV: years in the music industry — tour booking, concert and stage management, managing music labels and talent — and before that, producing large-scale live events from the ground up. That world taught me logistics, high-stakes execution, and how to build an experience people remember. I carry all of that into how I think about employee lifecycle and culture. The best onboarding, the best offboarding, the best company event — they all have the same DNA as a great live show. Intentional from start to finish. I\'m also genuinely, slightly obsessively into food. Not in a \"I enjoy dining\" way — in a \"let\'s find the one restaurant in this city that nobody knows about yet\" way. Food, travel, and culture are deeply connected for me, and that curiosity about how people and environments shape each other feeds directly into how I think about workplace culture too.
