Inspired by our Growth Mindset culture and in partnership with our leadership team we empower every person and organization to achieve more.• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for positions at all levels across LATAM for diverse disciplines including Engineering, Sales, Pre Sales, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data and AI, Enterprise, Customer Success, Consumer, Marketing, Operations, HR Services, Legal, Marketing and Finance. • Develop strong talent pipelines, planning, sourcing, screening and interviewing professionals, as well as preparing, proposing, articulating and negotiating offers. • Partner with Hiring Managers to determine and prioritize hiring needs, acting as Trusted Advisor for business stakeholders, providing advice on recruitment decisions, recommending strategies in order to find the top talent in within an appropriate and realistic timeline. • Collaborate effectively with Human Resources partners, HR Directors, Audit and Compensation Team to manage client relationships, to prioritize hiring needs and to scale guidelines and Policies. • Follow standard operating procedures and compliance protocols through detailed applicant tracking throughout the full cycle of the hiring process. • Reinforce Diversity, Inclusion and Compete hires.
