   End to End Portfolio Management• Interact with senior leadership at CXO level and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans• Consult with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets, and business cases, including statement of work and vendor management• Implement program and project level processes, procedures, performance metrics status reporting. This includes managing the professional fee (consultant) forecasts, working with the teams to enforce exit plans for those running over budget, escalating issues to management, and ensuring resources are aligned to appropriate funding.• Facilitating the project forecasting process for assigned teams and providing revised forecasts and variances to management on a monthly basis is a key job responsibility.
