As VP, People & Culture at ATA, I lead the People function. Prioritizing the culture strategy collaboratively, ensuring alignment with our business goals. My role involves strategic and operational tasks, partnering with executives and leadership for growth planning, employee retention, and engagement. I oversee a small team responsible for all aspects of Employer Brand, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Engagement and Recognition, and overall employee wellness. Additionally, I drive learning and development programs, inspire new leaders, manage internal communications, and serve as an executive sponsor for ATA\'s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a culture of belonging.
