I lead the Qualify Wizard Dealer Operation Department and personally guarantee our clients are never asked to “take a number.” I attended The Higher School of Economics and joined Qualify Wizard as a retail industry entrepreneur. I am responsible for the internal design of our customer service standards and procedures. I direct all aspects of the Company’s national convention and expo initiatives.
