Resilience has been the constant thread in my life. From moving from Ukraine to Canada over 25 years ago without speaking English or French to leading large-scale digital transformation and change management initiatives, every challenge has reinforced my belief that adaptability drives growth.Through these experiences, I’ve seen that true transformation isn’t powered by technology but by people. Success depends on how teams think, adapt, and respond to change.
