As a board director, chief executive officer, and financial services executive, I’ve spent my career blending financial analysis, business planning, tech innovation, and strategy to help fuel growth for advisor firms of all sizes and large global financial institutions.I joined Orion Advisor Solutions as CEO in October 2023 and am a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. As we usher in a new era of growth and innovation at Orion, I’m privileged to lead a team of 1,400+ people committed to transforming the advisor client journey.Prior to joining Orion, as CEO of Assetmark, I helped drive all-time highs in both net-promoter scores and advisors served—a legacy that rounds out a near-decade stretch during which we created $2B in enterprise value and assets increased 5x through innovations in corporate strategy, digital product and solution design, and business line launches.I bring nearly 30 years of multi-disciplinary leadership across six financial services organizations, directing domestic and international product, marketing, and strategy teams who collectively brought to life more than 50 financial services products, platforms and programs.Examples range from designing one of the industry’s first-ever mobile trading platforms—which evolved to support millions of clients—to thinking about new ways of looking at traditional asset classes that grew to more than a billion dollars in a single year.Career-wide, I’ve served on a range of public, private, and nonprofit boards, including independent director for Wealthsimple, where I sit on the Audit & Risk and Independence committees, as well as at Orion, where I hold non-voting board member roles on the Audit, Risk and Compensation Committees. At AssetMark, I held non-voting board member roles on the firm’s Nominating, Corporate Governance, Audit & Risk, and Compensation committees. As board director and industry advocate for the CFP Board, I chaired the Governance Committee, and sat on the organization’s Compensation & CEO Oversight, Audit & Risk, Investment Oversight, Nominating committees. Recent distinctions include Fintech TAMP Platform Executive Leadership finalist for the Wealth Management Awards by Think Advisor Luminaries, with additional recognition by Corporate Insights, DALBAR, USA Today, and WealthManagement.com.
