With 15+ years in IT project management and cybersecurity, I’ve directed enterprise-wide strategies to overhaul cybersecurity training with completion rates for employees soaring from 80% to 97% within just one year. I’ve launched and scaled micro-learning techniques that adapt to real-time security events, to keep training relevant, engaging, and effective. I’ve innovated incentives for employee cyber awareness, leading to a 20% rise in phishing reporting, significantly strengthening our overall cybersecurity posture. By implementing a \"security moments\" library, I embedded cybersecurity awareness into daily operations, helping employees integrate security practices into their everyday work. I bring an entrepreneurial mindset to every challenge, crafting tailored and innovative solutions that drive measurable impact and true behavioral change in security awareness.I’m adept at leveraging internal resources, securing executive buy-in, and utilizing external partnerships to add real value to the business. I love acting as a strategic advisor to multiple departments, ensuring that training is customized to meet their specific needs. Over the past 3 years, I’ve led 10 Tech Mom cohorts totalling over 300 individuals to share my passion for cybersecurity education to inspire career opportunities.
