   Coaches & develops Leaders. Assists in the implementation of performance management model including coaching on writing and delivery of reviews, identifying high potential employees & succession planning. Works with Leaders to analyze Employee Engagement scores to better connect with Team Members towards higher engagement and retention of employees. Engages in gap analysis, designs & facilitates upskilling opportunities for leaders and line-level employees as necessary. Assists Director with overseeing the day-to-day office operations & non-exempt staff. Recruits, sources & interviews candidates for open roles (exempt & non-exempt) using iCIMS & ADP. Facilitates training during Discovery Day One (New Hire Orientation) & Respectful Workplace sessions. Actively involved with planning & execution of staff member engagement, reward & recognition activities & events. Administers the Workers\' Compensation program and investigations. Enters work-related injuries into ADP and/or the Workers’ Comp carrier website as needed; prepares workers comp administrative reports and initiatives; conducts investigations of injuries and works with management to correct any unsafe condition; co-chairs Safety Committee. Shares and interprets, when necessary, the guidelines of Canyon Ranch policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws. Supports staff & leaders with the resolution of concerns and/or issues. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Advises & coaches Leaders on the coaching/counseling process, terminations, promotions, safety, and sexual harassment issues. Participates and conducts as necessary, unbiased investigations and facilitates appropriate resolution. Participates in termination meetings to ensure action is appropriate, documentation supports termination & serves as an advocate for the staff members.
