Hello there! I\'m a Service Designer currently leading service design initiatives within Consumer Banking; designing and implementing experiences for clients and teammates while providing a safe space for partners to build relationships across silos and empower them to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, enabling them to incorporate human-centered design into their approach. Over the years at Truist, I have helped pioneer and shape the Service Design and Journey Transformation practice, and have worked with various lines of businesses such as Small Business, Wealth, and Consumer Banking. I enjoy mentoring future leaders and speaking with people who are interested in entering the design field.
