ABOUT NATALIE RUTKOWSKI
Natalie joined KPMG in 2019 as a Campus Recruiter in our Toronto office after studying at the University of Ottawa and completing a Bachelor of Commerce. After 2 years of recruiting students from various universities into CPA roles, she moved on to lead the Toronto Campus Recruiting team and further develop campus recruiting within our Advisory practice. She later moved to the National team to lead national branding initiatives and programs for campus recruitment. Currently, she is the Senior Manager of National Campus and Early Talent Recruitment and is developing the campus recruitment strategy for Canada while providing tools and resources to our campus recruiting teams across the country to lead the campus strategy and maximize the candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience!
