About Natalie Ritacco

My name is Natalie Ritacco and I am a rising senior studying Accounting & Business Analytics at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. My passion for working with numbers started at a young age and has only strengthened as I continue my education. As a student pursuing a career in business, I have developed the ability to think logically and I seek any opportunity where I can learn something new. I am also not afraid of challenges and enhancing my knowledge through my schoolwork and current career path. My work experience is focused in retail, working both directly and indirectly with customers and clients. My position as Guest Service Representative at Nothing Bundt Cakes honed my communication and customer service skills and improved my ability to multitask. My role as an Accounting Intern at Tiffany & Co. provided the opportunity to experience the accounting practices of a luxury brand, which are skills that are transferable to any career. Both of these roles align with my main career goal, which is to utilize my knowledge of business and technology practices to help others. Additionally, I stood as the Director of Funds for my sorority, Delta Gamma, where I assisted in administering the finances and the housing policies of my chapter. In my free time, I enjoy exercising, watching baseball, and reading.
