My organization spans Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Employer Brand, and Talent Operations.My work sits at the intersection of people and business strategy. I partner closely with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and building teams that can operate in complex, fast moving environments.I do not view talent as a support function- done well, it is a core driver of business performance.
