D2iQ became a part of Nutanix. At Nutanix, I advanced my role as a Senior UI/UX Engineer, initially continuing my D2iQ-related contributions before transitioning to development on the core Prism React Component Library—a mission-critical component library used across multiple Nutanix products. By establishing reusable, accessible, and performant UI components, I helped standardize user experiences, accelerate product development, and ensure consistency at scale, directly supporting the company’s growth and engineering efficiency.Design System Migration & Application-Wide Redesign- Led the large-scale migration of all UI components from the D2iQ design system (UI Kit) to the Prism ReactJS Component Library, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across the application- Became a core contributor for Nutanix\'s Prism ReactJS component library- Joined the a11y core team.Additional Duties and ExperienceEngineering Management & Team Leadership- Advised on project timelines and feature estimations, balancing technical constraints and business goals- Defined epics, detailed user stories, and scoped sprint work to align with Agile methodologies.Facilitated Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups, driving productivity and collaboration- Acted as a liaison between the UI Engineering team and upper management, communicating project updates, risks, and opportunities effectively- Mentored team members, promoted engineering best practices, and participated in hiring processes to build a high-performing team.
