Assist in the execution of email campaigns for Kroger’s vendor partners, producing emails that fit the voice of the partner while maintaining brand standards for Kroger. · Identify and correct errors and issues within all emails/push notifications for 28 different Kroger-family stores, to ensure consistency and accuracy in external communication while keeping the customer at the forefront. · Overhauled over 85 individual Transactional Journey Emails by ensuring consistency and accuracy of links, to provide a seamless experience on both mobile and desktop platforms. · Reworked the Voice of the Customer email survey to provide the team with more strategic and valuable customer insights from our over 3 billion email sends in 2021. · Built and maintained a QA training playbook to set high standards moving forward.
