Whether it’s an internal or external customer, I’m delighted to deliver support and training that contributes directly to their success, and to provide the creation, review and editing of training materials and presentations. I enjoy using my customer management and problem-solving skills to keep workflow running smoothly, especially in diagnosing software issues and communicating with programmers to solve complex technical problems. I work hard to maintain strong relationships and deliver world-class customer experience.Simply put, I guide customers from onboarding to success, ensuring that end-users are trained and are using our SaaS products in the most effective ways for their business. I have a knack for instinctively knowing how to communicate best with clients - picking up on mood and motivation to convey empathy, enthusiasm, restraint - whatever is needed bring the situation to a positive resolution for all.I’m energized by the exchange of ideas and opinions, as well as practical solutions. Personable and patient, I have a demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others. My good mix of task and people skills keeps me tuned into internal relationships and the needs of others: I’m known for getting everyone what they need, when they need it.
