About Natalie Gustafson
Systems Engineer and Technical Writer specializing in Requirements Management and Customer Facing Documentation.Extensive experience writing user manuals, installation guides, test procedures and test reports in several industries. I am skilled at interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SME) then creating reports and manuals for review. I am excellent at understanding technical concepts and compiling a useful draft. I also assist in software troubleshooting and have been specifically requested by SW engineers to write their developers guides. My engineering degree allows me to quickly grasp complex technical ideas and understand lead engineers.
