The innovative technology used in EMS training is hidden in the training suit, which has electrodes, and the device transmits brief pulses to your muscles through the suit, stimulating your entire body evenly and gently, helping you get fit 6 times faster and easier than doing out at a typical gym since EMS activates all the muscles. We offer both I-Motion EMS and I-Shape Esthetic personal training services.The 25 minute training session is equivalent to 4 hours of conventional training and activates more than 300 muscles simultaneously. And, even better, our EMS Certified Trainers come to you!
