Natalie serves as Chief of Strategy and Development Officer at Moonshot. She focuses on designing, implementing, and managing strategies to increase funding from philanthropic, government and other organizations, through representing and describing the Moonshot\'s work to external organizations, forums, committees, and funders. She provides advice to Moonshot\'s leadership and works in collaboration with them to devise and implement strategic initiatives aimed towards developing new relationships with external entities who have the potential to increase the impact of services offered by Moonshot. She serves as the chief internal steward of the company’s Core Values, providing advice regarding program oversight and development, organizational structure, recruiting and developing talent, as well as implementing processes to ensure positive communication among team members - all with the goal of Moonshot achieving its Environmental Finance Center work plans and objectives. Previously, Natalie spent over 10 years as an executive recruiter specializing in international equity investment banking. Her organizational skills, persistence, and interpersonal approach made her a top producer in the company.Moonshot Missions Inc.(Moonshot) is a 501c3 non-profit founded in 2018 based on the core principle that all people have a right to safe, accessible, and affordable drinking water and clean waterways. Moonshot delivers on this by working collaboratively with disadvantaged communities of any size to bridge their lack of resources. Moonshot serves as a trusted peer advisor to underserved communities to assess, identify, select, and develop technically and financially sound projects that transform struggling utilities.
