ABOUT NATALIE GRIFFITHS
Natalie is a seasoned, passionate, and committed osteopath with over 20 years of experience. She earned her degree from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly The British School of Osteopathy) in London and has since practiced in New Zealand. Natalie\'s dedication to her craft led her to further her education through Visceral Osteopathy courses at the Barral Institute, and she has completed extensive paediatric and obstetric modules. With a background in dance and a 200-hour YTT certification in Vinyasa Yoga, along with becoming a Buteyko Institute Practitioner, Natalie\'s enthusiasm for movement, exercise, and breathwork shines through in her practice. She integrates these diverse disciplines seamlessly with osteopathy. Natalie\'s approach to treatment is comprehensive, incorporating cranial, structural, and visceral techniques to provide holistic care. She established and successfully ran her own clinic in Mount Eden and Grey Lynn for 10 years while simultaneously serving as a clinic tutor on the osteopathy degree program at Unitec - Auckland for a decade. Outside of her practice, Natalie enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, exploring and traveling New Zealand\'s coastline, and paddleboarding with her daughter.
