I\'m a people person currently leading talent at Persona - Backed with $217M million in funding from Founders Fund, Index Ventures, Coatue, and First Round. Some of our customers include Square, OpenAI, LinkedIn, Tesla, Coursera, and Walmart. There are many highlights of working at Persona, but I\'m most fortunate to work with and learn from some of the amazing leaders including Rick Song, Charles Yeh and Christie Kim. I\'ve never been one to focus too much on the number of hires and instead put a lot of energy into the quality of hire, hiring for culture and mindset, and playing a part in building the new gold-standard for candidate experience.
