As Operations Executive at SymTerra, I sit at the crossroads of sales, operations, and customer success, helping accelerate growth across SymTerra’s key go-to-market channels, Product-Led Growth, Partnerships, and Inbound.Day-to-day, I manage inbound leads from Google Ads and other marketing channels, qualify and book demos, and work closely with our commercial team to turn growth strategy into action.I also support onboarding for new project teams, track adoption metrics, and ensure every customer is getting the most out of SymTerra. Alongside that, I help maintain CRM health, assist with forecasting, and collect insights to shape product improvements and customer satisfaction.At the heart of my role: driving adoption, improving operations, and building lasting relationships that move the construction industry forward.
