About Natalie Eisenbarth
My nine years of experience working within the U.S. government is complemented by an extensive network of diverse policy stakeholders in civil society in the U.S. and Europe, think tanks, foundations, and the private sector. I have a strong reputation as a strategic leader who treats others with compassion and dignity and doesn’t shy away from tough decisions. I am a skilled oral and written communicator. I served multiple tours on a U.S. Government Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. While working with the International Rescue Committee, I represented the organization to the U.S. Congress. I also completed research and fact-finding missions in South Sudan, CAR, DR Congo, Kenya, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Mali.
