The Sr. Director, Supplier Management & Procurement provides strategic direction, oversight and leadership for policies, procedures, and capabilities to enable the School Assessment business. This position works closely with Senior Leaders, Delivery Process Owners, and various external stakeholders to deploy a framework for supplier management and supplier diversity programs. In this role, Natalie serves in a leadership role for the Supplier Partnerships and Supplier Diversity Program for customer engagement. She is responsible for defining the overall strategic direction for the procurement team including driving performance metrics, proactive procurement process development, assuring supplier diversity compliance, deploying cost modeling, and developing appropriate market intelligence.
