At Cargill, Supplier Diversity is a business imperative. We continue to refine and grow or US based Program and are now working to expand Globally. We are partnering with NGOs and experts to look for diverse suppliers to compete for opportunities in our Supply Chain. Last year we introduce a program called Black Farmer Equity. We are being intentional about our efforts around Farmer Livelihood by introducing Farmers of Color to our Supply Chain.
