As Senior Talent Recruiter, I manage the full life cycle recruiting process for investment management and trust services staff at the SBA. I create positive brand awareness and strive to position the SBA as an employer of choice in the investment management market, as well as public sector market. I facilitate and improve external communications for recruitment and internal communication among colleagues, and SBA leadership.I oversee the College Internship Program, and work to build community engagement through many networking, marketing and social media campaigns with colleges and universities, as well as local business and community. I am involved in many succession planning and strategic initiatives, as well as create and provide training to hiring managers on effective & legal interviewing, and full cycle recruiting processes here at the SBA.
