Fit Collective was founded in 2020 with one goal: to keep people moving during the Covid-19 pandemic. What started as virtual workouts on Instagram quickly grew into a multifaceted, two dimensional fitness platform offering a wide variety of formats to individuals everywhere. Our dedicated team of talented instructors inspires others to become healthier and happier through fitness. We believe that connection creates support, community promotes accountability, and consistency generates change. We believe that every individual is unique, and there is not a single, perfect workout for everyone. Fit Collective delivers multiple pathways to achieve a balance of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training to achieve positive health. Our workouts, designed to complement one another, are suitable for all abilities and experience levels and can be adapted to suit your unique body.
