I freelance as an operations consultant but also work under the umbrella of ScaleSpark focusing on the Startup and innovation ecosystems. I work with people that create both digitally & physically - who like tablets, tripods, Trello, stages, drape and spike tape and are not afraid to use them. I have loads of experience in spaces, content creation, and development for people, startups, venues, real estate, 501c3s and anyone needing to pivot - figuratively and literally. From creating playbooks and manuals to coaching effective communication strategies and building meaningful events, I use a humanistic approach. i.e. What will work for a given team, is not synonymous with whatever platform is trending.I use a holistic, green and agile approach to make both physical and administrative processes sustainable and strategic.
