I am an enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate Quality professional. I am a fast learner making me adaptable in any situation. I have a good understanding of Process Design and strategy enabling me to see the bigger picture when planning activities and undertaking tasks. I have an excellent eye for detail and am keen to promote innovation where possible. I have a clear understanding of the challenges facing the Quality profession as a whole, and equally the challenges faced by organisations trying to implement Quality systems and standards. As a result I relish the opportunity to embed Quality where it may not have been as well grounded before and strive to make Quality a culture in every organisation that I work. I am not afraid to challenge why, nor ask the questions that may reach the root of a problem. I enjoy investigations and making improvements from understanding them. I thrive in leadership situations where I am responsible for a team but equally work well on my own. I pride myself on good time management, project management and organisation skills, and have the ability to manage several activities at once. I am not afraid to take on new challenges and adapt well to change.I have always had a good working relationship with my peers and received excellent customer feedback from previous ventures. I have excellent people skills and understand the importance of knowing the requirements of customers and equally contracts. I consider myself an ambassador for my profession and actively promote the importance of getting things right first time.
