About Natalie Trainor
I am currently a Lead Trainer with a sales background consisting of selling research and software to tax and accounting professionals. In my role as Lead Trainer I help onboard all new hires, and develop and deliver ongoing trainings to the sales floor. The training topics consist of product knowledge, how to bring in renewals, how to upsell/cross-sell, and how to support our clients by providing them the necessary resources they need to be efficient and compliant. I\'m interested in continuing my professional development and networking with others to learn about their professional experience as well as share my own. As a Michigan State University graduate who now lives in Texas, I am a Big Ten sports fan and Dallas Stars aficionado. When I\'m not at my desk, you can find me watching whichever football, hockey, or basketball game that is on TV or walking the Katy Trail.
