Headteacher at The Roundhill Academy, a Secondary school within the Bradgate Education PartnershipI have extensive experience of supporting and collaborating with both Primary and Secondary Colleagues. I have previously led the English Research Partnership and I am passionate about Curriculum pedagogy and development as well as the facilitation of Continuous Professional Development and staff development.I am a Specialist Leader (SLE) in Education and Ofqual accredited Subject expert and have supported many primary and Secondary colleagues in this role. I have recently completed my second MA in Educational Business Leadership with the National College as well the a NPQH with Ambition.I have also completed my Level 7 Apprenticeship with the Chartered Management Institution in July 2023.I currently facilitate as a delivery partner and assessor with Teach First on the NPQ Programmes.
