As Director, I am honored to network, negotiate, and contract with multiple artistic mediums and platforms including visual arts, literature and writers, performing artists, musicians, speakers, educators, historians, filmmakers, and interactive media to support and increase the capacity of artistic and cultural practice throughout our senior living communities. Key Functions• Establish and maintain relationships with leading international artists and educators.• Coordinate all scheduling and negotiate all pricing and contracts on global initiatives.• Effectively set the tone and vision of our resident cultural, educational and event programming.• Develop programming that is appropriate for the level of care that is being served.• Maintain department expenses within budgeted parameters.
