ABOUT NATALIE STEPHENSON
My work focuses on a human-centered approach to design, which puts people at the heart of decision making. I have experience with user research, usability testing, product design, service design, brand strategy and creative direction. I also have 13 years of teaching experience. I taught undergraduate courses related to ‘design thinking’ and UX/UI, both on-campus and online. I enjoyed mentoring students and coordinating projects with the community. My research explores empathy in design thinking, community partnerships, service-learning in higher education, and creative collaboration.
