Natalie helps leaders and teams perform at their best, shifting from constant reaction to purposeful action and leading with clarity, confidence and connection.At CoachAdviser, she is a Client Director, Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach. She designs and delivers leadership development programmes and facilitates team workshops for leaders in complex, fast paced organisations navigating growth, change and increasing accountability. Her clients span global financial services, professional services, media and growth businesses.Natalie coaches on Executive Education programmes at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
