ABOUT NATALIE SHARP
I’m stepping into a Project & Operations Manager role within a growing surveying practice, focused on making sure clients receive a smooth, consistent experience and that the business scales in a structured, sustainable way.I sit at the intersection of strategy, delivery and day-to-day operations. I’ll be supporting and coordinating internal projects that strengthen how we work—improving processes, implementing new ways of working, supporting brand and marketing initiatives, and using research and insight to help shape decisions. Operationally, I oversee key support functions, line manage and develop team members, and help build the frameworks that keep service quality high as workload and expectations grow.I’ve progressed within the business because I genuinely care about what we’re building: the client experience, the team culture, and the standards we hold ourselves to. I’m organised, forward-thinking and calm under pressure, with a practical approach that turns complex moving parts into clear plans, good communication and reliable outcomes. I thrive on challenge and enjoy being the person who brings structure and momentum.Alongside my role, I’m studying toward the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation (currently in the assessment stage), working toward AssocRICS status. Five years ago I took the leap into a career change, and I’m exceptionally proud of the path I’ve built—balancing leadership in a busy practice with raising two young children.
