Provide strategy, analytical, and program management support for critical advocacy and communications initiatives in the GPA division, with the President and Directors as primary clients. • Led the implementation and execution of the foundation’s strategy and co-chair engagements at key external moments, such as the Africa Climate Summit, COP28, and G20; Coordinated with 14+ teams across the foundation to align their COP28 goals to overall foundation strategy. • Support the creation and execution of the GPA “breakthrough goals” program, which resulted in the progression and achievement of 6 high-visibility advocacy priorities and the continuation of the program in 2024; Develop internal tools, policies, and materials to enhance collaboration and report to leadership; Contribute to the identification and implementation of research and analytical work to support policy development and strategic decision making.• Provided end-to-end project management for these priority advocacy areas: Global Financial Architecture Reform, World Food Crisis, Agricultural Adaptation RM, and Climate Advocacy Strategy.• Create slide decks, briefs, concept notes, and other deliverables to facilitate decision making and support progress updates to GPA and foundation leadership.• Translate leadership direction into action while facilitating cross-foundation “deal teams”; ensured success in strategy development, leadership briefings, and prioritization with internal and external stakeholders; identify and manage risks and communicate mitigation plan to stakeholders. • Manage $2+ million investments in cross-cutting work in gender, communications, G20, and climate.• Partner with HR on the design of a unique flex role program providing teams with a staffing bridge, including drafting the RFP and leading contract negotiations. • Member of the Washington DC Inclusion Council Leadership Team, supporting the co-creation and implementation of DEI initiatives and learning opportunities.
