My career in education recruitment began after working in a Private Day Nursery as Deputy Manager with a total of 10 years’ experience within the Early Years Sector. Alongside work I completed a BA (Hons) Early Years and Childhood Studies Degree, which supported my academic skills and knowledge in the Education Sector. My previous role as Deputy Manager involved high quality communication and personal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Being involved in recruiting and supporting new staff in the Management role has enabled me to identify the essential attributes and skills required to support children in the education sector. I am eager to put these skills into practice to recruit passionate teachers and support staff to make a difference, ensuring children have the best care and education possible.
