ABOUT NATALIE RYE
I am a Career Coach & NLP Practitioner with experience of Management, Customer Relationship and Commercial leadership. I help neurodiverse and neurotypical professionals make successful career change or advancement with purpose and confidence. I believe that that working in a role and company that suits your working style, aligns to your values, plays to your strengths and uses the skills you find energising will be an environment that you will thrive in. I work with professionals to explore and uncover what these are for them so they can; find and transition into a role that aligns to them and their goals or implement change in their current role. Being dyslexic, I am an advocate for improving the working lives of neurodiverse individuals within the workplace. Focusing on the strengths, unique perspectives, problem solving and creative insights they bring to the workplace and help them to thrive. I therefore volunteer as a Career Coach for Exceptional Individuals who provide neurodiversity consulting, recruitment an employment support to employers and individuals with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and autism. I have worked with professionals from entry to senior leadership levels, from a range of different industries including; education, fmcg, retail, finance, legal, charity, public sector, policing, marketing and entrepreneurs. Over three years ago, I changed my career and retrained as a Coach and NLP Practitioner, to align to my values, strengths, skills and purpose and I have never been happier.
