I have founded new and served on established volunteer not-for-profit organizations, been nominated by my peers to serve on International, national and regional organization\'s Board of Directors and have vast experience motivating business owners and groups to achieve previously unimaginable goals.    During the Pandemic, my side hustle became my full-time gig. Pre-pandemic, the opportunity to step away from professional pursuits and focus on my family’s needs presented and I jumped at the chance. When I was ready to return to my career the Pandemic hit, demand for home-sharing properties skyrocketed; boat sales took off & multi-generational families flocked to my lake for much needed escape & time together. Families couldn’t travel far but they could travel together. My neighbors became clients & I helped some keep their vacation homes and others profit from the sudden & unexpected demand. I was also blessed by the opportunity to provide many multi-generational families a place to celebrate milestones and lost lives when public venues were unavailable. During this time, my “LakeHop” guest experience offering allowed me to serve many families with special needs children. Teaching teenagers and young adults who will never be able to drive a car, learn to drive a boat and witnessing the sheer joy on their faces ( & their parents faces) was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I wouldn’t trade those moments or time with those families for anything on this planet. And I’m A better human for it. When I began my home-sharing endeavor in 2015 there were less than 20 vacation homes available on my lake. Fast forward through the Pandemic and there are more than 1200. Supply and Demand are beautiful economic motivators. Now my soul & my pocketbook demand I return to the work I love…helping “Solo-preneurs” grow their businesses exponentially enriches their lives and the lives of those they employ and serve. It’s an exponential assist to the Universe and I’m ALL IN! HOST PROPERTIES: List, price, market, maintain, update properties to attract and secure reservations from the most guests possible.
