ABOUT NATALIE PIERCE

I’m a New York/San Francisco–based creative producer and project coordinator passionate about storytelling, collaboration, and bringing ideas to life across film, television, and digital media.With experience at NBCUniversal and Makeout LLC, I’ve developed a strong foundation in production oversight, talent coordination, and project management. At NBCUniversal, I supported high-profile productions such as Saturday Night Live and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, working closely with talent, crew, and audiences to ensure seamless execution of live shows and events. I also worked at Peacock supporting their Events and Activation team with brands like Love Island and The Continental. My time there honed my skills in event logistics, audience management, and team coordination on both small and large scales.At Makeout LLC, a boutique creative production company, I further refined these skills by managing budgets, freelancers, and vendor relationships for a variety of creative projects. This hands-on experience enhanced my ability to balance creative needs with operational efficiency, ensuring smooth production processes from start to finish.Most recently, I produced my first independent short film Words from the Self-Deprecating Self with my writing group, leading the project from concept to completion. From managing pre-production meetings and on-set logistics to coordinating wardrobe and post-production editing, I thrive in roles where I can be involved in the creative process. I\'m particularly drawn to opportunities at studios, production companies, or creative agencies that focus on BTS content, branded entertainment, and developing compelling narratives for film and TV audiences.At my core, I’m a problem-solver, organizer, and collaborator who loves building ideas into reality with teams who share that same creative drive.
