Experience
Director of Publicity
Do Good Public Relations Group
Oct 2014 — Present · Los Angeles, CA, US
I have over a decade of experience working with clients to develop media-worthy stories for both traditional and non-traditional media outlets and influencers. My list of clients include authors, publishers, entertainers, restaurants, hotels and small businesses. I have secured hundreds of reviews, media mentions, interviews and expert articles for my clients to propel them to leadership roles in their areas of business and expertise. I help clients build platforms to connect to their target audience in a clear and authentic way.My work performance and expertise has created opportunities to speak at various conferences, on podcasts, be a source expert, and to publish a book. I am currently the chair of a grassroots program for BIPOC writers that works to bring resources to marginalized communities and create diversity and equity in publishing. As a creative I am currently working on a YA novel rooted in Latinx folklore.
