ABOUT NATALIE MARTINEZ
I’m a pre-law student at Loyola University Chicago working toward a career in mergers & acquisitions law. As a first-generation college student, I’m focused on building a strong foundation in corporate and transactional law through practical experience. At GreenTree Capital and The Roch Society, I’ve supported real estate deals and nonprofit compliance efforts, developing skills in contract review, legal research, and cross-border regulatory frameworks. My work in NPR’s Student Podcast Challenge, and as an analyst for Loyola’s Rambler Investment Fund, reflects my ability to communicate complex ideas and think critically about the intersection of law, markets, and global impact. I’m especially interested in the legal strategy behind corporate growth—from early-stage investment to international expansion—and I’m eager to contribute to this space at the highest level.
