About Natalie Lopez
1) As a volunteer at CHOC Children\'s and a research assistant at UCI Thrive Lab, I combine my passion for psychology and health with my skills in information technology and communication. I graduated with a BA in Psychology from UC Irvine in Dec 2023, where I learned about the links between close relationships and health, and how to design and test interventions to improve them.(2) In my current roles, I provide a wide range of services to support the staff, patients, and families at the surgical center of CHOC, and the research projects and activities of the UCI Thrive Lab. I have gained valuable experience in greeting and escorting patients and their families, managing the front desk and paperwork, providing post-operative advice and answers, troubleshooting various IT issues, using different tools and platforms, and delivering high-quality customer service. I have also developed my analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, which I apply to my studies and projects in psychology. I am motivated by learning new things, collaborating with diverse teams, and contributing to the well-being of children and their families. I believe that my skills and experience can bring a unique perspective and value to any organization that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
